    Sorry for jumping in, If you have an iPhone there is an app called iDrated or iDrate that reminds you to drink. You put in how much you've had and it works out what time to remind you. Not sure if its available on other smart phones, it's pretty cool!

    Hope it's ok to jump in! Recipe I found for sweet potato is to bake in the microwave / oven, then scoop out the inside, mash with phili light or extra light, mix with bacon (quorn bacon??) and put back into the potato skins and grill for a couple of mins. Yummy!

    Sorry for jumping in here but if you have an iPhone there is a free couch 2 5k app that uses your own music. It just buzzes / dips the music when it's time to change. Least you get to listen to your own tunes! I'm sure you can get it for android as well?

    Butternut squash, red pepper and onion. Chop all 3 and bring to boil in veg stock, simmer for 20-25 mins and then blend! Yummy 0 pro point soup!! Can chuck in a little curry powder if you like a kick!

    I'm the same with sit ups, try a reverse sit up. Lie flat with your head on the ground, then bring your legs up and cross them, put your hands under your bum and lift your hips up...hope this makes sense. Maybe google it. But it works!

    You should get a book when you join with various leaflets etc with into on the plan. There is a wheel with this book that you use to work out points. It's not as handy as the calculator but its free! Also there are free apps for phones that will work out points or you.

    I just googled these and worked it out that they are 2pp for 100g and the serving size is 70 so that comes to about 1.4 which rounds down to 1. That's for the cream of tomato soup one; not sure if that helps! What info are you putting into the calculator?

    Am new to this site so hope you don't mind me posting!! Just a heads up, the chipotle southwest sauce is 5pp for a 12" (3 for 6") (had to edit this as had posted it wrong!!) Couldn't believe it when I pointed it! Presume when you say chili sauce that's what you mean??
