    To be honest Taz, I think that the only difference is that HMS affects only the joints, EDS does joints as well as skin, muscl healing weakness etc. The bendyness of my joints gave me HMS diagnosis. The hernias, funny looking scars, high palate, too long "wing span", etc shifted it to EDS...

    Thanks, yes, I did lose it all on WW, dropping an average of 24 lbs a go, then getting bored being totally good all the time, and just learning to maintain it. I still have the binge sessions if I'm really down, but am now totally aware of exactly what I'm putting in and knowing the points...

    Have you checked out the composition of your weight? There's a fair chance that you now may weigh the same but it'll be more lean muscle and less fat. ..... also have you taken your inches? All that running is bound to be making a difference!

    Yes unfortunately you're only allowed to eat 12 bonus points a week! "Aim to earn more than you eat" it said. Initial weigh loss on WW whilst doing lots of exercise is also usually less that those who don't exercise, go figure! So don't be disheartened if you don't get a massive first week...
