Tea was tacos! Was going to have spicy beans with it but after the super spicy houmous from lunch I didn’t want to aggravate my sensitive tummy any further. So I just had some salady bits and a bit of mild Mexican rice...

No pic of lunch but it was 2 rice cakes and 1/4 tub of houmous. If I get hungry later I’ll have a little snack but hoping to last until tea time - bangers and mash 😍

Burned lots of calories today spring cleaning and doing an upcycling project in the sun :)

O love those drawers. I love doing up old furniture too but some of it takes so long.

I agree! Sanding etc but this was done in 2 hours so nice and easy :)

Breakfast was toast and jam and Marmalade in a cafe that does the best gf vegan bread 😍 yum!!!!
 
Lunch was Tuscan bean soup with toast.

Need to have quite a low cal tea so not having gnocchi as planned! Not sure what I’ll have yet
 
Tea was 75g pasta, tom and herb sauce and 30g of cheese!
So hungry now as we had an early tea. My niece was here and she likes her tea early!!

Going to bed now so I don’t eat anything else, one more day until weigh in!!

Looking forward to Saturday as we are having a tea party for my niece. I’ll be having gfvg treats and I can’t wait!!
 
Breakfast was toast and marmite and then we went and had a walk on the beach :)
Not sure what I’ll be doing for lunch, possibly something with houmous as I got some while we were out. Maybe a salad!
 
First time trying the vegan quorn chicken style slices and they’re ok! Nicely low cal and gf too :)

Stuck some in my salad 🥗

I've actually not liked the quorn frozen chicken so interesting that they taste good, I might try them as a ham replacement
