The only way I have successfully lost weight in the past was with a vegan diet and the more I look into it I really want to eat vegan even if I am not on a diet. I have not posted details on the newbies page as I am not sure where to start but I would love some help and your meals look really good. Are there any vegans on this thread who can give me a hand? Also, I know this is not the right thread but where does everyone get that timeline thing that shows your weight loss? Feel free to redirect me to the right place. Thanks in advance!
