4 Week Non Stop Challange!!

WI tonight!

I had a bit of a wobbly sat & sun

Sat - Went for a meal at frankie & bennys where they dont substitute chips for new potatoes!!! So i had pasta and meatballs instead - not sure of the syns and was at OHs for dinner and had her homemade lasagne!! - oops. I only ate half though as she makes it very cheesy and i did have a big salad with it!!

Think I need to lock my doors and not let anymore guests in. It's too tempting when they are around! Have some coming next weekend as well. We'll see what the damage from my weekend was later tonight!
 
Ive done ok this weekend, well apart from Saturday loads of roast potatos at OHs parents and cho fudge cake got WI tommoro but i have been good rest off week and gym 3 times soo fingers crossed!! X

haha i couldnt find me and realised i've written Jess instead of Pesty lol. Lost 0.5 this week, which is probably fair after my tiny wobble at the weekend! Really hoping my wii will get delivered today so that i can have a bit of exercise aswell to boost my loss. Im takin mum out for dinner sat so guna try and be 99% instead of 100 lol

Does anyone you know how much weight can fluctuate in a day cos i got weighed this morning at tesco and weight 6lb less than weight in last week lol!!!
 
After my STS last week I don't think I'm going to make my target :( Never mind, I will do the best I can. Still been 100% though.... although that has meant using my syns over a week which I've never done before. Been a bit rubbish on the excercise front too..... Hmmmm.... I think I'll just be happy if I don't gain!

Ohhh very interesting, i get weighed on a tuesday night but i jumped on the scales at tesco this morning so as for what that article is saying if my weight fluctuates 5lb before the end of the day i will have only lost 1LB lol!!!
 
well i just weighed myself at boots the samt time as last week and they are showing 3lb lighter than last week :) X

Hi everyone!
I lost a magic 5lbs this week, which means that I've met my own challenge :-D
I was thrilled, got my 2 stone award and officially no longer obese. If I lose another 2 lbs then I am halfway there not bad in 8 weeks.
I'll bow out of this now - good luck to you all. xx
