Ok as some of you might know, I am on a mission right now to pick myself up and try and raise my self esteem and self worth from rock bottom. I need to work on everything - confidence, esteem, worthiness, opinion of self etc etc.

Anyway I ordered a couple of books, and I have to say that one of them is absolutely brilliant :) 10 Days to Great Self-esteem: 10 Easy Steps to Brighten Your Moods and Discovering the Joy in Everyday Living: Dr David Burns: Amazon.co.uk: Books

Ok admittedly I am only on step 3 right now, but I am finding the exercises absolutely brilliant - really simple but really really effective. I honestly feel like I am changing my way of thinking already. Scary huh?

Anyway just thought I would share :D

Just had a look at the link and this looks good, especially if it's on recomendation. I think I might have to invest once Xmas has passed and all the pressies have been bought.

Would strongly recommend Feal the Fear and do it Anyway by Susan Jeffers, it's a life changing book. I've bought so many copies as I keep giving mine away!
