Today was trial day one of the Skinny Sprinkles. Not normally my bag, but I have felt fuller, which when working in an office is a bonus, as the picky eaty fairy often rears her overweight head. I also tried a new coffee, Purco Perk Up Dark Roast. Bloody gorgeous with a sweetner. I drink my coffee black, as to save on milk syns. As our slimming world father in heaven knows, HxA is for Cheese. (Just playing) The PB2, well, the jury is still out. Maybe I need to add a tad of sweetner to it, as it has a bit of a funny taste, but was fine on something sweet such as a banana.

What a day! A speedy kind of day, which is fab, I forgot how much I love a good salad, especially a subway one. In the past I always had the cheese with it, but I didnt miss it! I am also super proud of myself for doing a full 30 mins on the crosstrainer, as when I started using the gym in february, I couldnt do 7 mins on random level 7. Now I can do 30 mins on random level 8. The weekend is going to be bad, so I am calling this week (which I know is awful for my first week) damage control. Tomorrow we are having dinner with H2B Sister which will involve homemade chinese and cocktails. And Saturday we will be celebrating one of my wolfies birthday. Which will involve booze. I'm resolving to follow plan right up to the event each day, use my skinny sprinkles so I dont over eat, then get straight back to it after the event.

A really good day calorie wise, but a really crap day slimming world wise tbh. Nowhere near enough speed, but only two days til I can stock my fridge back up! I was a bit silly in the gym, I went quite hard, then went dizzy. So I really must eat more.
 
I've just bought a cross trainer, I'm already dreading its arrival, me an exercise aren't best buddies, but no pain no gain...

Again, another great calorie day but a crappy SW day. Luckily I get paid tomorrow and can buy all the speed food! I would have done more in the gym but the divvy I am left my water bottle at work! Live and learn.

I know -1lb is pretty **** for my first week, but with all the alcohol at the weekend, I'm thinking a pound was quite good. I am going to a friends this weekend, but i'm gunna make syn free hummus with crudites and other low syn snacky bits. There will be alcohol, but I might by a bottle of vodka and avoid the wine.
