Anyone in 13s and wana get down to 12s?

It would be tough. If you work out more I think you will tenporarilly put on more weight but look slimmer. Losing 2lbs a week is good going enough more would require good discipline.

Im dying with.a cold here ao eating everything in sight. Just chocolateband.zero point stuff. Stopped myself about 9 triangles into an airport sized toblerone! had fruit, salad and quorn only today to make up for my binge. Bad bad. No exercise either from muscle pain. Sitting up is strenuous.

Iv started ww Wednesday just gone .. I started at 14.1 on Wednesday but I weighed this morning and I'm 13.13 so in the 13's :)

Iv read the whole thread aswel .. I'm hoping to be 12.13 by 10th feb! I know I might not make it as its 1 stone 2lbs and that's a lot to lose in just over a month!

I'm on 33 points a day.. I used them all yday but today iv used 29 and I won't be eating anymore ...
 
Back to 13 8.5 but hoping by next month il b in 12s... Do yas tink it can b done? X

Youse are right. If we aim for in the 12s by mext month we will give this 200% and be great and see better losses!

I'm not good with excerise! Lol .. I walk a fair bit but that's it!

I wont be cutting my daileys .. I just ain't ate them all today but I probs will tomorrow!

Il just stick to plan 100% .. N I won't use very many of my weeklies as when I use to many I don't have a great lose!

Well ... Today I almost broke! BUT I didnt ! I went to eat 1 parfitarol, I put it in my mouth bit it and spat it bk out in my hand do I didn't eat any! So proud !

Iv had 31 points today! No more for me!
 
When I done it I thought blimey! Deep down I must really want this!
 
Well I ate all my weeklies last night as I had an unexpected meal!! .. Still on track tho!!
 
Thats the good thing about WW, you can still have nights out & remain within your points & still lose. Xxxkayxxxx
