I'm sure it won't Apples.. If you get any cravings, then drink water, if you get any light headedness, that will pass.. It's so worth it and seems like there are soooo many of us that feel the same. So all of us can't be wrong :D. xx

Not quite 12 off for me yet, 11 it is, but hey I like the extra pound off :):):). x
 
I agree with nikki. There will be a few times when you feel tempted or weak but it passes. keeping busy and staying focused helps. this diet doesnt fail. You will do well. Try keeping a diary of why you want to lose weight but more important why you WILL lose it and keep it off for good!!! good luck
 
nikki, 12 off is your goal for the challenge, love, not your total to date!! LOL

Hey hope you are okay - just popped on to say I will join the challenge as its now 4 wks till my hols exactly today. Im aiming for 10lbs would love 14lbs but think 10 more realistic as I dont know how these tablets are going to affect my water retention with delaying my TOTM by 2 wks and my scales have gone up this morning!

Well done on your 2lb loss Im sure it will come off next week

Thanks nikki! I do feel great but have a bit more to go!!! This time I feel different from other diets or other attempts. I am in a different frame of mind and wont let myself think negative about the future. your doing great too and it ill be the same for you. go girl!!

Wellandgood please sign me up for 14 lbs too.

Will weigh in every Sat for this challenge as CDC uses my scales for official WI anyway.

Good luck everybody, and excellemt advice for newbies - water cures everything! Headaches, cravings, bloatings :D
