Hi lanky, do you have a microwave in work? I make poached egg on toast for brekkie in work 4pp and really filling, sometimes I push the boat out and have some bacon medallions too, you can have 2 for 1pp so that's still only 5 in total.

We don't have a microwave at home so I bought an egg poaching thing and a bacon crisping plate and just keep them in the office kitchen and then they're there when I want something filling.

I start work at 8, leave about 7.15 so I have brekkie in work each morning so I'm not too starving by lunch time!
 
That's a good idea... I'm not always in the office but could try at home if I have time... Got WW beans too so will maybe start having them... Gonna use up these bagels first lol x

Lost 2lb so that's 9.5 in three weeks - not sure why I'm disappointed :( lol x
 
I'd a been well chuffed with that mate, I expected either a sts or a slight gain this week so I had given up really and haven't pointed all day, wish I had now as I lost half could have done better I'm cross with myself,
Gonna try hard for the next week would live to loose 2 this next week what about you??
 
Lanky, 9.5lbs is a great loss in 3 weeks. You can do it :)

I have lost another 2lb - so 9.5 in 3 weeks. I am going to carry on as I am going and alter if I need a kick start.

Moved to a wed group near home (not work) but I don't like the leader so may need to rethink (bad memories from last time - awful woman!)

I have to WI on tues next week anyways so I will see how that goes...

Also lost another pp this week so down to 42

And am out for Indian on Sat - planned to have Chicken Tikka Masala and Boiled Rice for 35 and will aim for small brekkie and lunch but the weeklies will be used up for alcohol - can't have too much as I need weeklies for my little evening treats lol

I have planned as much as I can and we shall see :) xxxx
