[FONT=&quot]145g pizza base mix[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Frylight, Salt and Pepper[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]2 tbsp plain flour (for dusting)[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]1 tsp dried oregano[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]1 tbsp tomato puree[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]½ tsp lazy chilli/ chilli flakes[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]4 WW Sausages [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]150g Light Mozzarella Cheese (drained and torn)[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]

[FONT=&quot]Method[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]1. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Prepare pizza base mix, spray tray and dust with flour. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]2. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Roll out mix (12”x9”) and put on baking tray and set aside for 10 minutes. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]3. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix passata, puree, oregano and chilli and spread on base.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]4. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Squeeze sausage meat out of skin, make 28 little balls, arrange balls & mozzarella on pizza[/FONT]

Used all my APs and after WI tomorrow I will have a little treat but then back to it on wed - who week this time from my new WI day... I am in Cardiff wed-thurs so worrying about PPs coz am in a hotel so no cooking control... I will do my best...

Hoping for a good loss tomorrow - scales suggest it should be so fingers crossed xx
 
We all have to enjoy ourselves and you're doing so well you deserve a treat! I'm sure ull be fine tomorrow! As for the hotel, if I go anywhere like that for dinner for example I always ask the waiter how they cook it or Cud they substitute chips for a jacket potato etc :) it will be tricky but it will be manageable :)

Good luck with WI if I don't comment before!

It's very tasty - and with homemade chips is a nice meal for 2 or 4 depending on how many pps u have lol xx
