Ok sooo Exciting stuff... NOT! lol!!
Breakfast = Strawberry shake
Lunch = Chocolate shake
Dinner = 4oz chicken breast (discovered my scales have an oz option) and the smallest breakfast bowl I could find of lettuce, peppers and onions with balsamic vinegar
Drank about 4 litres of water today, A Black coffee, and then A coffee with skimmed milk
