Well im back again and really need to do it this time and as one person said to me the only person I am letting down is myself, i will be doin a mixture of green days & extra easy.. so here goes;

Day 1 – 9.2.11 – green day

Breakfast – alpen light bar, grapes & mandarin orange (i slept in so having this now) free hexb

Lunch – batchelors mild cheese & broccoli pasta n sauce, mandarin orange & packet of snack a jacks & mullerlight yoghurt free & 6 syns

Snack – alpen light bar hexb

Dinner – sw chips with beans & 28g cheese free hexa

Supper – 57g wholemeal bread with tsp low fat spread & a banana hexb free & 1.5syns

(250ml semi skimmed milk used for coffee throughout the day – hexa)

Total syns – 7.5/15
Saved – 7.5
 
i no but ur allowed 2 alpen light bars as one healthy extra b
