ecw199 Extra Easy Diary

Went to the Cinema today to see Toy Story 3, made sure I went home and had some tea first (otherwise I might have ended up in Burger King). I also managed to avoid the popcorn and so as not to feel too deprived I took a crunchie to eat during the film for 9.5 syns.

I've been a bit bad at updating this diary, life has kind of got in the way. Also I don't think I've lost any weight again this week. I weighed myself this morning and I exactly the same on my scales as I was last week. It doesn't count until I get weighed in class tonight but I'm worried :sigh: Looking back over my diary I'm just not sure where I'm going wrong, though it is my star week!

Anyway I've been keeping my food diary on paper so I'm going to post my missing days below

Hiya, how are you doing? How did WI go?
I've put on a few lbs over the last couple of weeks but determined to get them back off again!!

Your food looks good so don't feel disheartened - the weight will come off in the end even if it takes a couple of weeks to get going, maybe try something different for a week, like going all red/green or having a fishy week, might kick start your losses again x
