Emma's primal with intermittent fasting log

I fast for 12-14 hours a day-usually overnight but depends on what I work.
Yesterday's food was:

L: Haddock with spinach,cucumber & cold broccoli

D: seasoned steak with green beans,courgette and broccoli

Snacks: chocolate protein brownies-made with hemp protein (not entirely primal but needed after workout)
 
Il also add that I weighed 88.3kg this morning (13st 12lb 10oz)
My lowest was 13st 1.5lb but put a load on whilst been off plan :(
 
Today's food:

L: egg muffins

D: chicken Korma & cauliflower rice (omg amazing meal)

S: protein brownies

Got a night shift tonight so taking more Korma,a banana and a brownie to get me through :)
 
Well I've been rubbish just lately :( my outfit for my upcoming bday is due to arrive anyway and it's at least 1 size too small so I need to get back on it so it fits for my party (5 weeks)
I've just challenged my hubby to a weightloss challenge (1st to 12st wins £50)hes at 12st 10 and I'm at 14st but I can stick to a diet whereas he can't lol xx
 
I decided today was gonna be the 1st of 30 days been 100% primal (except Greek yoghurt)

Had crusted fish with leafy salad for lunch and having spicy meatballs for tea :)

Day 1 went well :)
Onto day 2,having leftover meatballs for lunch then chicken & veg for dinner.
For my bootcamp workout tonight then official weigh in after.

Currently at 87.1kg on my scales :)
 
Hi Emma, are the protein brownies easy to make? Do you have a recipe? :)

P.s. Good luck with the 30 days primal ! fab loss so far!

Hopefully you should be able to view this ok :)
I used half amounts cos didn't wanna be stuck with 16 brownies lol x

Day 2 done :) ended up having sticky chicken with stir fry veg for tea & will be having the same for lunch today :)
Lost 5lbs at weigh in!
Got the 1st of 3 night shifts tonight but I'm hoping I've finally got my midnight snacking under control.
Dinners going to be paleo pizza xx
 
Sounds like you are doing fab! Plus I am getting some inspiration from your food lol
That new outfit will fit no problem at this rate!
