Another day 100% on plan... woop!! I even managed to resist cookies and picking while cooking tea and making tomorrows lunch!!

Food today:

Breakfast:
2 Ryvita (HEB)
Spaghetti hoops
Strawberries

Lunch:
Salmon salad

Dinner:
Turkey steak, broccoli, carrots, sweet potato.

Snacks:
Pineapple
Ham
Milky way (5)
French Fries (4.5)
2x Pink Wafers (4)


While my dinner was cooking i made a scrummy Cheesy pasta bake for lunch tomorrow. All free.

I used mushrooms, peas, sweetcorn, smoked bacon (fat removed) and a cheese and leek pasta and sauce. Cooked mushrooms peas sweetcorn bacon in a frying pan with fry light and cooked the pasta and sauce according to the packet but only using water. Once pasta was soft addes the veg and bacon to the pasta and sauce and leave to thicken! Going to have it with a salad tomorrow!! Yumm!!
