Also i've started an exercise dvd (yesterday) i'm doing 40mins of it each weekday morning and will have the weekends as rest days, i will up it gradually as and when i am confident enough to do the comabt part and high intensity part fully as well as the pilates section at the end! And now dd is back at school i will (hopefully) be doing the twice daily trek to and from, which is no 'easy' saunter thanks to the hills! :D So aslong as it isn't raining heavily we'll be walking
