Hi everyone ,
I have been here a few times on this site with one thing or another over the years .I have decided to give the diet a go today was bit high 600 clas but will see how I go ,hoping it will give me a boost here goes

Hey,x welcome. 600 calories is ok for down day! 500 calories is optimum bit Anywhere up to 800 is ok :)
 
aw brill thank you feel a lot better now ,was wondering if it way bit too high ,but that’s good
 
Well my first dd went ok . Had a bad night last night both boys full off cold so not hardly slept my youngest ended up in our bed.
I feel very hungry this morning ,gonna have nice cuppa then some cereal , looking forward to chicken curry and rice for tea, so glad its an up day today x
 
Congrats on your first dd! Hope you boys feel better soon! My little ones have have a cold for a few days too not fun :( enjoy your ud!!! They are so good lol!
 
Its one thing after another lately not long since youngest ended up in hospital with a bad chest ,happened so quickly one min running about next min up at a &e .Today so far so good had muesli for breakfast just gonna have a veggie burger with cheese ina a bap with salad then curry for tea trying to plan ahead for tomorrow .I think will have some oatbran tomorrow to fill me up .Weekend then so that’s good lol
 
Aw it's awful when they are not well :( good on you for sticking to your dd through that! When I am stressed I reach straight for thechocolate lol!
 
thank you yes been a tough couple off days all not well now .I had quite a high day yesterday ,well it seemed it but didnt count .I had mueasli and soya milk for breakfast .Lunch was small brown bap with a veggie burger lots off salad and teeny bit off mayo a packet off crisps .I went to mums and had 2 cookies with white choc chips and 2 small slices pizza then last night I had asda chicken curry with half rice and a mini naan.I will prob count next time.
Today I had oat bran and milk ,just had bowl off veggie soup,home made and the protein shake later plus more soup 589 cals

Well done, sounds like you had a great day. I'm a big fan of homemade soup on DD's you get more for your calories. I do the weekend as UD's and do DD Mon/wed/fri..so thats what i'll be on tomorrow whilst your enjoying yummy foods!!
 
I think I will swap and change depending what outings I have planned and will need to be an up day when I plan exercising ,will see how I go ,but so far enjoying it :)

well I was thinking it had to be alternate days but reading through the threads it seems as long as we have2 or 3 down days that’s still ok just a bit slower

Alternative days r recommended for the first two weeks but this isn't necessary really. And 3 down days is optimum really but two may also work as long as your ups r not too up x
 
Good to see you doing so well :) are your little ones feeling better? I just got warned there are chickpoxs going round our nursery eeeeekkkk lol x
 
hello they are feeling loads better thank you ,my 6 year old back at school he seems a lot better today and the youngest still has a cough but nothing really bad .I woke up this morning with one swollen eye all underneath looks horrid ,got some drops from the chemist ,one thing after another lately .Kai my eldest has had chicken pox but my little one who is 3 in November has yet to get them !!!!!!!!!
up day for me today I had oatmel with milk blackberries grapes and few spoons deluxe muesli all mixed ina pot and left in fridge over night ,yummy
went to town had half choc chop cookie from sainsbury bakery then had a subway sandwich and half portion off chips >I prob wont eat anything now till supper time .I really do not fancy the chicken egg fried rice i planned for everyone ,will just make it and save a bit in case I get peckish

WELL HAD MY DOWN DAY YESTERDAY AND IT WENT WELL .TODAY WAS WI AND I WAS 2.6LB DOWN (DOING A HAPPY DANCE ) LOOKING FORWARD TO THE COMING WEEK SEE IF i CAN GET UNDER THE 145LB MARK IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS THE LOWEST I HAVE BEEN SINCE I LEFT SW:)
