If you double check the nutritional information for it, and reckon it matches well with others that are HEb's, then contact SW and tell them, ask them to consider adding it as a HEb.

Vixxxxter I think it was did it recently for a wholemeal flour and got it accepted and now she can make rolls and pizza, etc!

She has lead the way for a people's SW revolution haha.

That's handy to know about - the wholemeal flour. Goes to show there's a lot of changes I'm going to have to get my mushy old 41 year old brain around!!!

Not just any wholemeal flour though! Has to be a particulr one!

Things like poppy seeds, pumpkin seeds, are 8 syns for 28 grms and sesame seeds are 8.5 syns. If you add the syns values to your bread it would come out as more than 6 syns which is the average healthy extra. Having said that Sainsbury's Taste the Difference, Soft Wholemeal Multiseeded Batch Bread, 800g thick sliced loaf is only 5.5 syns per slice .x
