**@@***Helbels Mostly EE Food Diary **@@***

Yay! I have a reader.... Helllloooooo Motherof2 :wave_cry:

In the past I had only done Red & Green days, so it took me a few weeks to get my head round EE... but now I'm in the groove I'm finding it really easy on the whole - albeit that my sweet tooth needs careful managing. Left to my own devices, i'd never eat anything savoury at all - which is quite tricky when dieting. I get through enough sweetener to sink a battleship.

If you do decide to try EE again I hope my menus are helpful to you :) x

I love your danger zon snack ideas. I work peculiar hours and often get in at 10pm and snacking has been my downfall whilst waiting for tea to cook. Seems a mark of pure genius to plan a snack!

Q

It's essential for me. As soon as I get in from work I am always STARVING hungry (I think it's a psychological thing as my Mum used to work when I was a kid and we had to wait hungry after school to get fed!)... If I don't have something sweet then, I will fall off the wagon, big time. Frozen Raspberries with Splenda are my saviours so far!!!
