God I feel like I've been a right glutton today - been hungry all day and feel like I've eaten my own body weight in food.

Just logging my food diary before watching the footy.

Today is 12/6/10 and is a RED DAY

Breakfast
4 x Bacon Rashers, 2 BGTY Low Fat Sausages (1 syn), 100g Baked Beans (3.5 syns), Tomatoes, Mushrooms & Scrambled Egg and 1 tbsp Ketchup (1 syn), followed by Muller Light.:D

Lunch
2 x Alpen Light Bars (HEXB) & a Muller Light as was still pretty full from brekky!!

Early evening snack
Black forest fruit mix with a Syn Free Pancake and 12g Anchor Light Squirty Cream (1 syn)

Dinner
2 BGTY Burgers, 2 Wholemeal Party Rolls (HEXB + 1.5 syn as slightly over 56g), 2 Dairylea Light Cheese Slices (HEXA), 4 Bacon Medallions & 1 tbsp Ketchup (1 syn) with Gherkin and salad of tomato, radish and cucumber with 1 tbsp Light Salad Cream (2 syns)

Other HEXA is Skimmed Milk.

Hello all, well I've already prepared and made my dinner for tonight, so I can log my food diary today even though it's only 10 past 5 :)

Boy oh boy, I really seem to be putting SW to the test this weekend - eating to the max on the old free food!

Today is 13/6/10 and is EXTRA EASY

Breakfast
2 BGTY Cumberland Sausages (1 syn)
4 Bacon Medallions
Mushrooms

2 Tbsp Ketchup (2 syns)
Muller Light with Black Forest Fruits
2 x Wholemeal Party Rolls (HEXB & 1.5 syns as slightly over 56g)

Lunch
Wasn't really hungry but had a massive sweet craving so had 2 x Muller Lights. Not ideal, but did the job and stopped me picking.

Yep - 9.5 syns in the Cheese and 1 syn in the Tomato Puree, and there's 4 portions so I'm saying 2.5 syns per portion - Bargain :D
 
Well Whoops, I just came SO SO close to going off plan and having a huge binge. Feeling really sorry for myself this evening and a bit emotional, and nearly jacked it all in.. but I've just about managed to avoid it although I've pushed the SW principles to the max to be honest.

Just updating to say that today 15/6/10 has become a flexible syn day. I was in hospital for something routine and they fed me cheese sandwiches and all sorts, so nothing for it but to stop worrying, call it flexible syns and start again tomorrow.
 
Hello again campers! :D Today is back to normal and I have got right back up on the SW ladder, which I am pleased with.

I decided to try and focus on portion size and minimal syns today, to hopefully make up for a bit of yesterday's flexi syns. I thought I'd be starving without my syns but its been ok actually.

Today is 16/6/10 and is a RED DAY

Warm Salmon & Potato Salad: 2 x Salmon fillets flaked, 198g New Potatoes (HEXB), Tomato, Grapes, Cucumber, Dill, Chives, 2 tbsp Extra Light Mayo (1 syn), 50g fat free yoghurt and 1 tsp Mustard (all mixed together)

HEXA is Skimmed Milk. Not going to eat cheese just for the sake of having a 2nd HEXA.

Mid afternoon snack
