Red Day
 
Breakfast 1
Pineapple, strawbs, apple, muller yogurt.
 
Breakfast 2
Bacon, Pork Steak, egg, mushrooms, 1 tbsp Ketchup (1)
 
Lunch
Salmon, large salad, leaves, beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion.
SW scotch egg:- 2 WW sausages (1), 14g cous cous (2.5), egg. 1 Tbsp Heinz Extra Light salad cream (1)
 
Dinner
Chunky sausage and chicken one pot.
2 WW Saus (1), chicken, onion, carrots, peppers, chicken bovril, curry powder.
 
Sofa Snacks
2 weetabix, milk & babybel (a)
2 Ryvita, 3 crackerbread, 3 laugh Cow EL (a)
Alpen Light (3)
Fruit!

Really dont think i have lost this week, scales showing STS.  Shame cos i havent done anything different, havent gone over syns just maybe too many extra easy days?.  I just dont seem to be able to loose every week.  Once a month was my norm before i started food diaries on here.  6 weeks till holiday...............  Not gonna feel so motivated going into next week.  Ho hum, will see what scales show tomorrow, might get a suprise.
