How did the carboot sale go?

Oh Meli, it was exciting / exhausting / great / tiring / fab, knackering and profitable! :D

Thats 1/8th of the loft cleared of the girls toys, clothes etc.

Knackered now, all non sold stuff back in loft - off for shower now.......

Whats up with mini mins? everytime i go to it in my favourites on pc or phone it says "page not found" and i have to start at the begining again?? anyhoos....

Its my Birthday today - yay - got some nice pressies - included 2 x size 16 tops which fit!

Steak, 197g new potatoes (b), egg, roasted onions, peppers, carrots and courgette. 1 tbsp kechup. (1)

Apples, clementine.

Evening Snacks
Scan bran cake (b) 2 x Options (4), eggs.
Fruit fruit fruit!

Syns 5 plus dairy milk and ikea naughties

Glad to hear the carboot went well and you got some extra spending money :) I really should do something similar as I have so many things that don't fit anymore and it's just piling up.

Thanks Meli. Did you weigh in today at home, i saw that you weighed in earlier as you couldnt make tonight, but did you have a sneak peak to see whether you are back on track (or is this something i would just do?!)

Feel very sad today - having to take 2 of our baby guinea pigs to pet shop. I am gonna miss one of them especially soooo much, he is adorable and loves a good tickle under the chin. Girls are gonna so miss them too. Anyway....

Forfars cheese straw and 8 strawberry foam shrimps (syns 8?).

Dinner - early 4.30 dinner.
Gammon, pork, 197g potatoes, cauliflower, brocoli, carrots, green beans. 5 tsp Bisto Best Granuals. (2.5)

Snacks
Gammon 2 egg omlette with 42g lf cheese.
Scan bran cake (b) plus 2 x options hot choc (4)
Apples, clementines
8 strawberry foam shrimps (8?)

Sorry to hear about your guinea pigs :( What's wrong with them? Try to stay strong and don't let this affect your eating plans (easier written than done, I know).

No, didn't make it to WI last week on Monday, so weighed in this past Saturday and yesterday had a wedding so couldn't make it. Thinking whether to just go next Monday rather than WI again on a Saturday. The weighing scales are up in the loft and although I am tempted, they are staying there for some time. Do have my measuring tape though and it is showing 1 inch less than last week, which is bizarre, but must be going in the right way :)

We started with 3 girl guinea pigs in march - turned out one was a boy and both girls gave birth same day by suprise - 2 babies each. So 7 guinea pigs over 2 hutches not ideal for them, plus one of babies is a boy and we didnt want him mating with his mother or sisters! (boy was my fave). So 2 had to go - Done now, i cried more than the girls - wuss!

Regards to weighing - no dont do it! thought you weighed in at home at the weekend - sorry. I find with SW (annoyingly) that a proper loss dosent seem to show until the 6th day - ie day before weigh in. So the 4 pound gain you read on the scales could just have been a large dinner or fluid taking in, then over the following days, it seems to even it self out.

Wish i could lay off my syns at mo - 3 weeks till holiday and i am being so naughty - no time to take scenic route yet!

came home and had

Chip butty :))
3 WW brown danish bread. Left over chips from dinner, 1 tbsp ketchup. (1)

Trousers feel strange today - last week they were digging in, today they are very loose. Only lost 2 pounds, feels like a stone - ho hum

Weigh in: 14.11 - put on a pound. Not going good for holiday. Was hoping to be under 14.7 so when i come back after 10 days still under the 15. hmmmmm, only myself to blame :ashamed0005:. Gonna try and keep to 7 syns max a day and really fill up on free food.

Don't be too hard on yourself and 1lb gain is nothing especially if you are on your * week.
