    hey slimming worldies

    im like a yo yo back and forth all the time.

    basically im at a dead end with myself and trying slimmers one last time. if it doent work well im gonna chop a leg off!

    i wanna be slinky for spring and need all the support i can and help i can get. Im not gonna bother with a class just yet. I get weighed on a thursday.

    ill update my food tonight along with pictures xx

    Day 1. Going good.

    Breakfast - cereal 35g (hexb)
    Milk (hexa)

    Lunch - savory rice salad

    Dinner chicken with magic potatoes, veg and phili sauce

    Syns...this is where I may need help.

    Highlights hot choc 2?
    Quavers 6?
    Phili 3. I used half the pouch then half again

    So 11 for the day.
    No night time treat come to bed lol

    If something doesn't have a free food allowance you can use the rule 20 cals = 1 syn. It really helps when you're in the supermarket :)

    get weighed today so im hoping that next week ill have a good loss eating all this food!! so yummy

    had 2 x riveta for breackfast the fruit ones with 25g of choc phili and a banana yum yum x

    Breakfast - 2 x rivita (hexb)
    Phili choc cheese 3.5
    Banana

    Lunch - egg salad

    Dinner syn free scone with beans and cheese (hexa)

    Syns

    Choc phili 3.5
    Crisps 4.5
    Choc bar 4
    Hot choc 1.5

    Total 13.5 syns

    Got weighed and I sts this week.

    Just chilling with my hot choc and bog reunion :p

    Breakfast - 2 x rivita (hexb) chocolate phili and banana

    The cake was vile!!! So had a teeeny tiny fudge.
