Coming to the end of first week, so far so good. Reckon it'll keep me motivated if i keep an online food diary, so here goes ....

Day 1

Breakfast
Porridge with a little skimmed milk (2pts)
Half glass of cranberry juice (1 pt)

Lunch
Bowl of homemade lentil soup (2 points, roughly)

Dinner
Treat night (it is Friday!)
Donner Kebab (bad I know but been so good all week, 9.5 pts)

Snacks
2 satsumas (0.5pts)
1 thortons choccie (1pt)

2 more days till weigh day (feel a little lighter and a little happier with myself :) )

Well another successful day today;

Day 2

Boiled egg 1.5 pts
1 slice of ww bread 0.5 pts
Half glass of cranberry juice 1 pt
Lunch

Ikea vegetarian hot dog 4 pts (?? being cautious!)

Dinner

Lamb stew with thyme dumplings 5 pts
1 slice of ww bread 0.5 pts
Lemon and lime cheesecake pot 2 pts

Total so far today 14.5 pts

Will need to have a snack later (oh what a chore, lol!!)
 
Mmmm i love stew, going my parents for it tomorrow, so going to take some of my nimbles 0.5 slice bread with me and pass on the dumplins

So I'm now on week 2 already!! Just had WI and I'm now 4lbs
lighter!!! :bliss:

My WW calculator and eat out guide came in the post today too, so im feeling ultra motivated this week. Here's today's food so far...

Monday

(frozen batch of sats dinner)

2 digestive lite biscuits 2 pts

I'm going to have a snack later I think. Have made a conscious decision to make sure I eat all my points this week!!!!!

Well I'm actually really enjoying being on this diet, as bizarre as that sounds! Mind you only coming to the end of second week so things could change. I seem to be do more and more cooking from scratch which im loving! Also being far more adventurous than before :):)

Have to admit though im still struggling to eat all my points each day. I think its more of a time management issue though. If ive got time I try to make snacks the night before to keep me going especially between lunch and dinner. However when I'm out and about after work, which is quite often, i feel im quite restricted. However, I'm going to try even harder nxt week to use up exactly all my points, promise!!

Here's todays food (which isn't that adventurous actually after ranting on about cooking etc, lol!)

i feel alot slimmer in myself, dont know if its pycholical (sp)
getting alot of suport in work too, there 3 other girl doing ww from home, but they dont come on here.

i lost 1lb this week which is good, so im happy with that

Well done on your second loss hh!! Thats 8lbs in 2 weeks, thats amazin!! You'll definately be noticing a difference. Ive got wi number 2 on monday and so far ive resisted weighing myself so I honestly don't know how ive done? I have been pretty good sticking to my points though.

This weekend is kinda sucking! Have an essay due in uni 2 weeks time so had to make a start today :sigh: Actually it was a real test being stuck in all day and not eating more than my points but i managed.

Hope you're having a good weekend too hon thats headache free!!

... oh dear hadn't realised i'd eaten so little points today, im off to raid the biscuit cupboard :D:D

Good work well then for sticking to your points!you are an inspiration!am starting ww tomorrow...I did it once before but am now determined to stick to it!
 
Good luck with it Allie, I did ww once before too and managed to get to target weight so i think having that in mind helps you second time round!!

I'm sure you'll do gr8!!
