Breakie - grilled bacon, 2 slices ww bread, 1 egg fried in frylight

Lunch - pasta bolognaise.....
using small jar of dolmio light (5.5 syns), lean beef mince, onions, peppers, mushrooms, added 1/2 tsp bovril, paprika, italian herbs, garlic, pasta spirals made 4 small lunch size portions so just under 1.5 syns. Served with a side salad.

Dinner - homemade beef stew....
using 2 packets of the asda casserole veg mix, part cooked one packet in stock, then blended to use as a thickening agent, added the beef, 2nd packet of casserole mix, water, bovril, 2 large onions, simmered for 2-3 hrs to thicken and beef to tendorise

Snacks - sainsburys fruit bowl with pineaple, mango, melon
 
Thanks becca, I'm loving the plan. I've never really been into cooking much till I started slimming world (from home) and discovered mini mins. Now I can't stop cooking!

How long have u been doing sw and how are u finding it?
 
there are some great recipes on here. i will have been doing it 3 weeks now and i am loving it. i followed the plan over a year and half ago , lost a stone in 5 weeks and went back into old eating habits but i am determined not to this time. i am really enjoying it this time round.i just hope i can keep it up
 
Are u going to a class or doing it from home?

I have been doing it for 4 weeks and I've lost 10lb so far, I have just over a stone and half to lose to my my own personal target.

I have made some fab meals from hear, the smash pie is looovvvely! I used a tin of princes stewed steak in gravy as the filling! Was a great meal and only 2.5 syns in total as I shared the pie with my mam!
 
Breakfast - banana

Lunch - home made chicken curry
Using onions, mushrooms, water, semi skimmed milk from HEX allowance, dried chilli flakes, madras curry power, garlic, pepper, 1 sweetner, dash paprika, dash of fenugreek, soy sauce, 1 tbsp tomato purée

Dinner - SW KFC with SW chips
Par boiled chips in chicken stock before placing in the oven, really nice and juicy

Snacks - 1 satsuma, 1 plum, yoghurt

Syns - only for tomato purée
 
B - Fruit Salad covered with a strawberry muller light yoghurt

L - Ham & Egg Salad

D - 2 Rashers Grilled bacon, 2 sausages, 1 fried egg cooked in fry light, mushrooms, 2 slices WW bread

Milk used in coffee

Snack-banana & 2 kiwi

L-SW ham & onion frittata. (added 2 bowyers sausages 2 syns)

Snack-mango & pineapple chunks

D-SW lamb donner with side salad & SW chips (par boiled in chicken stock before placing in oven)

Total syns: 2
 
Thanks Emmaline! I'm really loving SW this time round. There are some fab recipies on here that are making my weight loss journey that much easier because I don't necessarily feel like I'm dieting and therefore missing out on all the foods I enjoy!

I only lost 1lb this week (weigh days Friday morning from home), so I am hoping for 2-3lb this week if possible, although I've got my * week now so that may hinder it slightly. Hey ho, as long as I'm still losing I'm happy.

Not actually doing SW as you may note, but just like to browse the forum and try to encourage as many as poss as I know how much it helps me.

Weight loss so far is 24lb since April 2010. very slow but not surprising considering I am unable to exercise much and am on a variety of meds. Determined to get this weight off tho' , once and for all!!

D-SW KFC chicken drumsticks & SW chips pre cooked in chicken stock

D-SW lamb donner kebab with asda wholemeal pitta & salad & tbsp light Mayo

Desert-SW chocolate pudding

Syns-Mayo 2, choc pudding 1
 
B-alpen light bar (choc orange)

L-bacon, onion & potato tortilla

D-roast beef dinner with lots of veg & 2 tbsp meet gravy (can't rememer syns for this)

Desert-SW choc pudding 1 syn!
 
How do you make the onion and bacon tortilla :D

Frittatas:
Cubed potatoes
Lean bacon
Onion
2 large eggs beaten

Part boil potato
Fry bacon & onions in frylight
Add potatoes when cooked
Add salt & pepper & dash of paprika
Pour over beaten eggs
Once base is cooked place under grill for top to cook

Voilà!! Delish!

You can mix & match diff ingredients that u like. Mushrooms, peppers, cheese (hexa).
