Good for you getting over your blip the other day.
Did you manage to get your new car?
Lunch sounded nice anyway.

All the best - you are doing well!!..:)

I found a lovely car, just weighing up the costs as it's higher on insurance and a much higher tax bracket because it's a 4x4 high engine size.

Lunch was really yummy! A nice change.

I am hoping that I have a good loss this week to make up for last weeks blip. I am really focused, made some lovely free soup ready for lunches, and the low syn choc pudding desert to try and use some of my syns. Fingers crossed :)

Well done, you are doing so well.

Car sounds great - what sort is it? (me being v nosey)
I managed to save up my disability money and bought a nearly new Vauxhall Corsa two years ago. Wanted one of them for ages so was really thrilled....:D

Thanks emmaline! Really enjoying my plan this week.

The car I test drove was a Mercedes ML63 AMG, it's a 4x4! Really liked it but there are a few others I want to test drive before I finally decide! I'm not very decisive to be honest lol. The last 2 cars I've had have been 2 seaters so this time I wanted something a bit bigger and I've alw

The corsa is a lovely car.

Well last week I used my syns on things like the chocolate tofu pudding or some other SW dessert, but this weeks been a bit manic so I've not made any desserts so I've not used many syns.....maybe that's where I'm going wrong!?

When u say 100% days does that mean 100% on plan and used all ur hexa & hexb and syns?

Good luck on the fish wk hope it works for u. I can't stomach fish, wish I could but it's the smell that does it for me!!!

Xxx

Hi hun! Mmm chocolate pud sounds lush! My syns usually on ketchup/BBQ sauce or salad dressing :p

By 100% I mean completely on plan and not cheating at all- don't always have all my he's though and usually have about 4-6 syns per day xx

Well done for making such good progress (I always have weetabix too :p)

good luck with your next weigh in :vibes:

Hiya flower!

Choc pudding is yummy! The alpen light microwaved for 30 secs with a tsp nutella is also delish! Tastes really naughty :p

I struggle with my syns sometimes too, after my meals I'm often too full to eat anything else. Got to make more effort this week to have more syns and drink more water.

You're doing fab on SW, I wish I had your dedication to do some exercise with it, my exercise regime right now consists of fork to mouth!!!!
