Kingleds Food Diary - help needed!

Goods days all week till today! Did not have brekkie at all, went into town to help hubby buy a suit. Ended up having kFC at 33 syns. I am still under 105 syns for the week though.

Dinner will be SW rogan josh with rice &
Veg. Might have ryvita with philly light on as well as have had no hexs today.
 
New week so reset the syn count :)
Brekkie: bowl of fruit, 1 slice toast (heb) with baked beans.

Lunch: salmon, cucumber, carrots, celery, bulgar wheat

Dinner: spicy prawns linguine (peppers, tomatoes onions, garlic) with cheese (hea)

Syns: dairy milk little bar : 5.5 syns

Dinner: Piri Piri Chicken with SW Chips and Salad

Dinner: chilli ( ex lean mince, peppers, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes) with rice

Half a dairy milk mini (3 syns)

Hot choc made with cocoa powder & sugar (5 syns) & ss milk (hea)

They rule!! I ate at 6.30am and managed to last till just now for my lunch - usually I am hank marvin by 11am!

Had 78.5 syns this week despite my popcorn munching this afternoon! Might have a glass of vino tonight :)

he he! I try, but i don't stick rigidly to what i've planned. So for example I have planned a glass of wine for 4 days straight & haven't managed it cos I've used my syns on chocolate!
 
I have idea how i did it - but today has been a day of temptation being shoved in my face & i have so far survived!

Had training this morning - they brought out the choccie biscuits. Put them right in front of me as well. Did not touch them

Then thought i had a meeting at 2pm. Got there & realised it wad at 3pm - so had an hour to kill on Oxford Street!!! Had to walk past Pret, McD's, M & S, bagel factory & Starbucks.

Now on the train home to go to group & weigh in. kids in front of me eating burger king!!

If i haven't lost this week i suspect i will be off the wagon for dinner tonight!! I deserve to loose half a stone after resisting this much temptation :)
