Lurverick's Food Diary...Now learning to maintain!!!!

THURSDAY 16TH SEPTEMBER = EE DAY.

breakfast = activia ff yogurt.raspberries.2 x weetabix(heb) and milk(hea).

snack = 2 x yellow plums.2 finger dark choc kitkat(5.5syns).

lunch = tin of tesco irish stew with added portion of fine green beans.
shape zero yogurt.raspberries.

tea = spiced new potatoes,3 quorn southern style strips(4.5syns),2 eat smart sausages(1syn),1 quorn fillet,lettuce,cherry tomatoes.
sugar free jelly(1.5syns).

snacks = skinny cow double choc ice lolly(4.5 syns).

so syns = 17......a few over but needed them today and i was under at beginning of week so will not be over weekly amount!.

drinks = cups of tea with hea milk.water.
 
FRIDAY 17TH SEPTEMBER = GREEN DAY.

breakfast = activia ff yogurt.

early lunch = quorn swedish style meatballs with pasta and a sauce made from tinned toms,courgette,onion,peppers.
strawberries.kellogs fibre plus bar(heb).

snack = shape zero yogurt,2 weetabix(heb) and milk(hea).2 yellow plums.

tea = 5 quorn southern style strips(7.5syns),sw wedges,baked beans.syn free tomato sauce.
1/2 grapefruit and strawberries.

snacks = jelly(1 syn),skinny cow double choc ice lolly(4.5 syns).shape zero yogurt.

so syns = 13.

drinks = cups of tea with hea milk.water.
 
SATURDAY 18TH SEPTEMBER - EE DAY.

breakfast = activia ff yogurt.2 yellow plums.

snack = kellogs fibre plus bar(heb).

lunch = boiled rice,2 fried eggs,tomato sauce(2 syns).....yum!!!! cook rice,fry two eggs,put in with rice,cut and mix together.....scrummy comfort food!!!!!
7 cherry tomatoes.2 small plums.

snack = strawberries.

tea = stew - oxo,potato,beef,carrot,onion,swede.
strawberries,shape zero yogurt.

snack = back of sour cream and chive snack a jacks(5.5syns).

supper = bowl of stew!

so syns = 7.5

drinks = cups of tea with hea milk.water.

SUNDAY 19TH SEPTEMBER = RED DAY.

breakfast = 2 weetabix(heb) and milk(hea).an apple.

snack = activia ff yogurt.2 yellow plums.

lunch = homemade brocolli and blue cheese soup-brocooli,onion,garlic,celery,mixed herbs,oxo and a laughing cow deli light blue cheese square(1.5syns).
small amount scrambled eggs with chives and oven baked salmon mixed in.

snacks = kellogs fibre plus bar(heb).pineapple.

tea = oven baked smoked haddock,griddled courgette,griddled orange pepper.
jelly(1.5syns).

snacks = shape zero yogurt.bag of cadbury buttons(8.5syns).

so syns = 11.5

drinks = cups of tea with hea milk,water.

PS- 1lb is nothing....mine I'm sure is worse, but haven't had a chance to get weighed. Will probably go this week.

hope your weigh in isnt too bad if you go.

bit peeved about the +1lb as food still 100%...the only difference was an additional 15 miles of walking!!!! so was hoping for a better result tbh! can see me giving exercise a wide berth-lol as the last time i walked 20 miles in a week i sts!
also more gutted to get the gain on my birthday and of course everyone says oh it'll come off next week etc...erm no it wont! away sat and sun completely off plan so it'll be another gain-all be it one ive known about for ages.

must get into doing my food diary again....although ive remained 100% on plan my heads not really there! must get back into the enthusiastic woo hoo state i was in before,lol!!
 
Checking up on you as I didn't see any update on the WI section yesterday. I had an awful WI but drawing a line and starting fresh today.

i promise not to be so slack filling in my food diary any more!

SATURDAY 9TH OCTOBER - GREEN DAY.

breakfast = 2 weetabix(heb) and milk(hea)..pineapple.2 satsumas.

snacks = a banana,2 satsumas.

lunch = carbonara pasta and sauce(0.5syn).bowl of raspberries with an activia ff yogurt poured over.

snacks = 2 weetabix(heb) and milk(hea).2 satsumas.

tea = chilli with sw wedges and rice.sf jelly(1 syn).strawberries.

snacks = from frais with lemon curd mixed in(2syns) and a crushed up meringue(2.5syns) mixed in.bag of cadbury buttons(8.5syns).

so syns = 14.5....dont normally go so high but only up to 50 syns all week due to tooth extraction under anaesthetic on monday!

drinks = cups of tea with hea milk.water.
 
SUNDAY 10TH OCTOBER.....EE DAY.

Breakfast = 2 hardboiled eggs.pineapple.

snack = kellogs fibre plus bar(heb).2 satsumas.

lunch = tin of tesco irish stew with a portion of green beans.strawberries.

snack = 3 babybel lights(hea),2 slices of ham,an apple.

tea = roast pork with roasted potato,sweet potato,carrot,butternut squash,parsnip and gravy(1syn).2 satsumas.

snacks = cup of tea(0.5syn).skinny cow caramel shortcake ice lolly(4.5syns).sf jelly(1 syn).

syns = 7.

drinks = 3 x cups of green tea with lemon,water.

well i am on top of the world tonight :) i lost 2.5lbs taking me into the 9's at 9 stone 13lbs and also giving me my 3 stone award......and it just leaves 7lb until target!!

MONDAY 11TH OCTOBER RED DAY.

breakfast = 2 weetabix(heb) and milk?(hea).2 satsumas.

lunch = homemade syn free veggie soup.2 satsumas.raspberries.

snacks after weigh in that i take to class = banana,3 babybel lights(hea),kellogs fibre plus bar(heb),2 satsumas.

tea = chunky chicken and sausage hotpot-from one pot book(1.5syns),brocolli,green beans.
raspberries with an activia ff yogurt poured over.

snacks = treat size crunchie(4 syns).

syns = 5.5...but will be more and i'll edit in morning!

drinks = water,cups of tea with hea milk.

TUESDAY 12TH OCTOBER = EE DAY.

breakfast = 2 weetabix(heb) and milk(hea).2 satsumas.

lunch = 2 large open mushrooms stuffed with cottage cheese,an egg,spring onion,bacon,salt,pepper.with 2 bacon medallions.

snacks = 2 satsumas.a banana.

tea = small pork loin steak,a quorn sausage,a beefsteak tomato stuffed with batchelors mexican rice.brocolli,green beans.

snacks = skinny cow double choc ice lolly(4.5syns),22g bag of salt and vinegar snack a jacks(4.5syns).treat size crunchie(4 syns).

so syns = 13.

drinks = water,cups of tea with hea milk.
