awww thanks meli and it sounds odd saying it but well done on your gain,lol!!!!
feeling really happy as the gain last week - although i knew it was due to holiday and small-really affected me this week and although ive been on plan my head and heart just havent been in it! i needed to see a loss to get that back,so now all is happy again.

anyway....

MONDAY 6TH SEPTEMBER - EE DAY.

breakfast = omlette-2 eggs,mushroom,ham,spring onion. with tinned tomatoes.

snack = slice of ham,pineapple.

lunch = jacket potato,baked beans,lettuce,cherry toms.a w/w yogurt.

snacks at class = 3 babybel lights(hea),kellogs fibre plus bar(heb),banana.

tea = 2 eat smart sausages(1 syn),2 bacon medallions,baked beans,potato cubes,2 poached eggs,tinned tomatos,mushrooms.
skinny cow double choc ice lolly (4.5syns).

snack = pineapple.bag of treat size cadbury buttons(4.5syns).

so syns = 9.5

drinks = 2 x cups of green tea with lemon,water,can of sprite zero.

may well have some more syns before bed but i'll edit them in in the morning if i do.

they were lovely :)
and was just in asda and they had a lil clearance bit of stuff for 50p.....and they were there so i thought id get a few boxes to try....the choc flavour and the mint flavour.
dan had a mint one tonight and i had a choc one x
 
im stuffed today!!!! had a really good food day :)

TUESDAY 7TH SEPTEMBER - RED DAY.

breakfast = w/w yogurt.an apple.a peach.

lunch = turkey and mushroom stroganoff from comfort foods booklet,served with seasoned courgette cubes instead of rice though!.
shape zero yogurt.pineapple.

snack = kellogs fibre plus bar(heb).

tea = 2 slices of ham,lettuce and spinach leaf salad,cherry tomatoes,2 ryvita wholegrain crackerbreads(part heb) spread with 2 laughing cow light triangles(part hea).pack of salt and vinegar snack a jacks(5.5syns).

snacks = skinny cow mint chopc ice lolly(4.5syns).

supper will be :- 4 ryvita wholegrain crackerbreads(part heb) spread with 3 laughing cow lighttriangles(part hea).an apple.
jelly(1.5syns).

so syns = 11.5.

drinks = cups of tea with hea milk,water.
 
WEDNESDAY 8TH SEPTEMBER. - EE DAY.

breakfast = shape zero yogurt.apple.strawberries.

lunch = rump steak.beefsteak tomatoes stuffed with batchelors golden veg rice,green beans.
activia ff yogurt.pineapple.

snacks = kellogs fibre plus bar(heb).bag of salt and vinegar snack a jacks(5.5syns),pineapple,raspberries,activia ff yogurt.

tea = sw potato wedges,tin of tesco light choices chicken in white sauce(1syn),fine green beans.
jelly(1.5syns).

so syns = 8.

drinks = cups of tea with(hea) milk,water.
 
THURSDAY 9TH SPETEMBER = RED DAY.

breakfast = activia ff yogurt.raspberries,strawberries,grapes,an apple.

snack = 2 x chocolate weetabix(heb+2syns) and milk(hea).

lunch = omlette -3 eggs,spring onion,ham,mushroom.with tinned tomatoes.

snack = activia ff yogurt.an orange.

tea = hearty chicken stew - from comfort food book....we added courgettes.strawberries.jelly(1syn).

snacks = kellogs fibre plus bar(heb).cadbury spots v stripes bar(10.5 syns).

so syns = 13.5.

drinks = cups of tea with (hea) milk,water.
 
FRIDAY 10TH SEPTEMBER - GREEN DAY.

breakfast = activia ff yogurt.an apple.

snack = 2 weetabix(heb) and milk(hea).strawberries.

lunch = sw potato wedges with syn free tomato sauce.banana with a toffee mullerlight poured over.2 plums.

snack = an orange.

tea = roasted veg -potato,sweet potato,parsnip,carrot,butternut squash.3 x quorn sausages.fresh peas.fine green beans.
skinny cow mint choc chip ice lolly(4.5syns).jelly(1 syn).

snacks = kellogs fibre plus bar (heb).treat size bag of cadbury buttons(4syns).

so syns = 9.5

drinks = cups of tea with (hea) milk.water.
 
SATURDAY 11TH SEPTEMBER = RED DAY.

breakfast = activia ff yogurt.an orange.an apple.

snack = 2 weetabix(heb) with milk(hea).2 x kiwi's.

lunch = oven baked smoked haddock,fine green beans,swede and carrot. bag of salt and vinegar snack a jacks(5.5syns).

snack = activia ff yogurt.2 plums.jelly(1.5syns).

tea = seasoned oven baked cod loin served with lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
chilled lemon souffle from 100 delicious deserts book.

snacks = skinny cow double choc cip ice lolly(4.5syns).kellogs fibre plus bar(heb).

syns = 11.5.


drinks = water.cups of tea with (hea) milk.

oooohhhhh yes! i tried one on my holiday,lol....so i knew what i was doing this time! i love them!

lunch = 2 quorn sausages,3 bacon medallions,oven baked chopped new potatoes,2 poached eggs,baked beans,tinned tomatoes.an orange.

snack = 1/2 grapefruit,strawberries.

tea = roast chicken,sw roast potatoes,cabbage,carrots,peas,green beans,gravy(2 syns).
chilled lemon souffle from 100 delicious deserts book.

snack = kellogs fibre plus bar(heb),2 babybels(hea),1/2 grapefruit,strawberries.skinny cow double choc ice lolly(4.5 syns).

so syns = 6.5.

drinks = 2 x cups green tea with lemon,water.
 
MONDAY 13TH SEPTEMBER = EE DAY.

weigh day today and i lost 1.5lbs :) very suprised and chuffed by this as its star week and im sooo bloated today(even to the extent that hubby,a mate and my consultant could see it) so really went expecting a gain.

breakfast = activia ff yogurt.strawberries.

lunch = 2 x stuffed baked mushrooms - from oct 10 sw mag.

snacks at class = kellogs fibre plus bar(heb),1 babybel(1/2 hea),a banana.

tea = sweet chilli chicken-recipie from old sw mag(1 syn),sw potato wedges,lettuce,cherry tomatoes.
activia ff yogurt.

snacks = skinny cow double choc ice lolly(4.5 syns)

so syns = 5.5.

drinks = cups of tea with (1/2 hea) milk.water.1x green tea with lemon.
 
Hi just saw you have been eating lemon souffle. I love lemon.

Is that recipe book still available? I want that recipe :D

hiya! yeah its in the 100 delicious deserts recipie thats £2.95 from class......im off to bed in a sec but i can always pm you with the recipie tomorrow if you like??

TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 14TH. = EE DAY.

breakfast = activia ff yogurt.strawberries.

snack = sausage sandwich with 2 eat smart sausages(1 syn),2 slices w/w thick sliced wholemeal(heb),syn free tomato sauce.
strawberries.

lunch = 2 egg omlette with ham,mushroom,spring onion and served with tinned tomatoes.
1/2 grapefruit with strawberries.

snack = sugar free jelly(1.5 syns).strawberries.

tea = oven baked chicken breast,beefsteak tomatoes stuffed with batchelors golden veg savoury rice,lettuce.

snacks = from frais with lemon curd(2.5syns) and a crumbled meringue nest(2.5syns) mixed in.

syns = 7.5
drinks = cups of tea with(hea).water.

tea = 3 quorn southern style strips(4.5syns),1 quorn sausage,1 quorn fillet.sw potato wedges.lettuce.cherry tomatoes.syn free tomato sauce.

snacks = sugar free jelly(1 syn).

so syns = 11.

drinks = cups of tea with milk(hea).water.
