I missed Corrie last night but did manage to watch 'Enders.


Oooh so did i! Did anyone think it was hilarious that Roxie could just jump out of bed and walk around soooo easy just after pushing a baby out!!! Never had one myself but i'm sure it's not that easy!x
 
They have been dragging this new plan malarky out since September!!! The Fruities are £1 in our meeting at the moment to get rid of them as new stuff in coming out, I hope they don't change too much (ie points calculator etc) otherwise I can see the meeting on 1 December costing me an absolute fortune, will need to buy the new shopping guide as it is!! This new plan better something spectacular after all this build up!!

Just ate the Choc Full of Beans soup (new from New Covent Garden) OMG absolutely gorgeous, and I read on the WW messageboard that WW have said its suitable on Core but only 2.5 points for half a carton. Its half price in Tescos at the minute going there tonight to buy some for the freezer!

I am getting so annoyed with some people on the WW messageboards who have clearly seen the new plan and act like they are about to tell us all about it then disappear - loads of rumours going round about it - Core is definintely going, Core isn't defintely going, the points will be like in USA - weekly rather than daily, points are being tweaked slightly!! Only 11 days to go until we find out for real!
 
lydia have you tried the chilli bean soup Covent Garden do? Its absolutely gorgeous.. will have to look out for that choc fulla beans one.. they dont have it in sainsburys :(

You know I wonder if it IS the weekly points thing, my class leader has mentioned using points weekly on 2 different occasions. Thank goodness my class is on, on the 1st Dec so Ill get put out my misery nice and early
 
Me to!! I think they do that in America don't they having a weekly points allowance rather than daily!

Ive been so bad and I am really ashamed of myself, I had a pizza for tea - I don't know why I did it, had been so good all day stuck to everything I was supposed to then got home from a hard day at work, really tired, and not wanting to cook, so instead of having something like a sarnie or toast - no I had a pizza. Just hope that I can pull it back and get a STS on Monday! I'm so stupid.

My friend and I are going to have a Discover Plan Challenge, we are both going to start the new plan on 2nd December and run through to 29th December and see how loses the most weight!
 
Still feeling mortified about my slip up last night. Determined to stick to the plan today and try to clawback a few points:

Theres loads about the new plan on the WW messagboard, not so much giving explicit details, a little hint here and there but mainly people getting their knickers in a twist threatening to quit WW if they get rid of Core - Calm down everyone LOL!!!

Oh Sandy you and I think in clear logical terms - if you wana try the new plan try it , if you don't then don't carry on with what you are happy with. Clearly thats too simplistic for a lot of folk - its like panic stations over on the WW messageboards with leaders accusing people of scaremongering, its really quite funny.

I for one, whilst insanely curious, am really looking forward to the new plan, I'll try it for December then decide whether to carry on with it or not! I'm trying not to get too hysterical over it :8855:
 
Managed to recruit and assistant, have made a strong appointment that I am really happy with. Finally, after 18 months I no longer have to do 2 peoples jobs!!! Hopefully my work-stress levels will be dramatically reduced now.

It is! I have been so busy and under so much stress and strain for 18 months, both me and the doctor feel thats what led to my immune system being non existent and me getting glandular fever.

At least now I will hopefully have a manageable workload and will feel happier at work (although obviously a lot of that depends on how my boss treats me!!).

Managed a 20 min swim this morning.

Oh my giddy aunty, what a weekend, I'm exhausted!! Me and mum decided to do some early or late (depending how you see it) spring cleaning of the house from top to bottom, too two days in between visiting grandad and getting 2 20 mins swim in, finally finished at 7 pm, just gona update my diary then off to bed with a options hot choc!!!

My scales said STS this week, which actually I'm happy with as I had 2 takeaways this week so that will do me then I can try harder this week and try to get 1lb next week.
