Oh Lydia, that's frustrating, especially when your own scales show you have lost.
If you don't feel you need the support of a class to stick to the diet, I personally would leave classes and WI at home. That would solve your dilemma for eating on WI days as well as you could hop on the scales in the mornings before brekkie.
I'm not convinced that ww scales at class are as accurate as they make out. I know they are tested etc but they get lugged about all over the place.
If your scales say you have lost, then as far as I am concerned, you have lost.
I'd save the seventeen quid a month or whatever it is x
