Sugar free cough mixture, OMG thats brilliant!

Just had my dinner, homemade Thai BNS soup, it was gorgeous, quite spicy but really creamy even though theres no cream in it, and its zero points!!

Oh i am loving all the soups at the min,but never made my own!
 
good luck with weekly points lydia and hope you feel better soon. will have to try the thai bns soup - is it in the recipe thread?
 
Hi, well first thing first, the official weigh in last night showed a lost of 1/2lb so I am taking that! Any loss is good for me!

Was back at docs last night, got bronchitis now! Got antibiotics, gotta double dose for 48 hours, so hopefully that will help. Not in work today, was going to go in but woke up this morning feel cr*p so off back to bed in a few mins.

Had all the info from the meeting last night, all seems sensible thinking to me but not the great changes we had been speculating on!!!

Food for today:

B - 2 oatibix (2.5)
L - 1 slice bread and smooth cottage cheese (2)
Quorn scotch egg (1)
D - homemade vegetable chilli (1.5)
60g dried weight brown rice (3)
S - milk (1.5)
Chocolate (6)

Off again, back to bed in a minute and hopefully will be well enough to get to work tomorrow, do feel a bit better today.

Ended up having 19.5 points yesterday leaving me 106.5 of my weekly total. Made a lovely vegetable chilli last night (1.5 points) very filling.

WW Coconut whip bar (1.5)
D - homemade quorn bolognese (1.5)

Walkers baked (1.5)

So thats 18 points leaving me a potential of 88.5 points, will update tomorrow if that changes.

Going to get my grandad some new clothes, slippers and shoes, then off to my fav indian restaurant for their lunchtime buffet then off to the cinema to see Changeling. Will have to be very good Saturday and Sunday points wise to make up for tomorrow!!

Well I was finding quite easy and almost liberating until tonight when my mum talked me into a pizza (I hold my hands up it didn't take much persuading as I was so tired when I got home) and Ive got this buffet tomorrow so I think the best thing is that I aim for a STS this week! Which means eating no more than about 17-18 points on Saturday and Sunday. THen from next weeks its the party season and I have several lunches/nights out to contend with!!

I think its a great idea to do weekly points - I suppose its no different than the Wendi Plan apart from the fact she suggests Super High days then followed by Super Low days!

It might actually suit me doing weekly points as I do tend to eat more over the week end period and am good as gold in the week! Gonna keep watching your threads, so far so good though ;oD)
 
Well I guess today is definintely a super high day!!! I could kick myself for being so weak, although I had only had 8 points during the day before my Pizza!! Although I always feel comfortable to come on here and be honest by my (whats seems regular) slip up. I don't normally make new years resolutions, but I will on 1st Jan - to actually stick to my diet!!

Weekly points well - you times your daily points by 7 - that gives you your weekly points, then you eat as normal and point as normal but if you need to go over your daily points one day thats fine, and the next if you get to the end of the day and you still have 2 points left of your daily allowance don't feel you HAVE to eat them just for the sake of it because you don't. So basically you may not have the same amount of points each day.

Eg: daily points 21 = weekly points allowance of 147

1st day eat 20 points - 127 left.
2nd day eat 23 points - 104 left.
3rd day eat 18 points - 86 left
4th day 21 points - 65 left
5th day eat 20 points - 45 left
6th day - eat 25 - 20 left
7th day - eat 20 points - zero left points allowance used.
