I can't believe I am actually in the 11s. Only just - I was 12 stone when I got up and weighed at 7 so I decided to have another hour in bed - during which I had an awful nightmare about missing the plane to america! - and was 11st 13 when I got up. definitely going to try and stay 100% now until I go as I don't want to be in the 12s when I leave. Also I don't want to have nothing to wear if I put a bit of weight on when I'm there.

Tuesday 2nd July - 12st 5lb - 100% TS

Wednesday 3rd July - 12st 4lb - 1lb loss - shake + 2 chicken thighs and 2 drumsticks + chocolate orange bar
Thursday 4th July - 12st 4lb - STS - 100%TS
Friday 5th July - 12st 4lb - STS - 2 shakes, a chocolate orange bar and 4 piri piri roast chicken thighs
Saturday 6th July - 12st 4lb - STS - 2 shakes, 2 bars, a handful of crisps and 3 spoonfuls of peanut butter
Sunday 7th July - 12st 3lb - 1lb loss - 1 shake, 1 bar, 3 chocolate brioches and a large iced latte
Monday 8th July - 12st 2lb -1lb loss - 100%TS
Tuesday 9th July - 12st 1lb - 1lb loss - 100% TS
Wednesday 10th July - 12st 2lb - 1lb gain - 100% TS

Not done too well today - 2 shakes, 2 bars and 3 spoonfuls of peanut butter. Not too bad though!

Hope everyone's had a good day today. I've had 2 shakes and 2 bars today - not too bad. Was still 11st 13lb htis morning which was a relief. Hope I'm still there or even lower tomorrow!
