tea: chinese take away! chicken chow mein, egg fried rice & chips!!! a few glasses of wine

Monday, a new start!

now that xmas is officially over Im back on plan 100%, I have been so bad over the last couple of weeks but thats in the past now and I just need to move on and get back into it.

brekkie: small brown roll, laughing cow ex light, quorn ham, tiny bit of light mayo, alpen light

lunch: jacket spud, beans, reduced fat cheese

snack: savoury rice

tea: sw chips, quorn burgers, beans

woohoo, Ive done a whole day on plan, first one in ages! I feel back on track now, just hope I havent put on too much at wi tomorrow

managed to do some shopping so got some sw friendly food in now which will make sticking to plan much easier.

brekkie: mullerlight, banana, laughing cow light, quorn ham slice

lunch: pepper stuffed with savoury rice

snack: brown roll, quorn ham, laughing cow light, velvet crips (need to check syns)

tea: sw potato wedges, beans, quorn chicken burger, bit of light mayo & ketchup (5 syns)

WEIGH IN TONIGHT!!!! managed to lose 1 lb which I'm happy with as I haven't exatly been good. Aiming for 3.5 in the next 2 weeks now to get my stone.

Wednesday

Brekkie: banana, alpen light bar

Lunch: sml brown roll, quorn ham, laughing cow light, mugshot

Snack: stuffed pepper with savoury rice, apple

Tea: homemade quorn chilli (free) in a jacket potato with a little grated l/f cheddar

snack: mullerlight & alpen light

hexA: skimmed milk in tea/laughing cow lights/ low fat cheese
hexB: 2xalpen light, sml wholemeal roll
syns: 2 guylian choccies left in the box from xmas (approx 5 syns) all gone now so cant be tempted with anymore!

hi nice reading through ur meals.. i like the idea of that quiche what pasta sauce did u use? mug shot.? where did u buy that from.?
i seem to enjoy having more green days just lately. so would be nice to get some ideas.. thanks lushx
 
Hi Lush

I love pasta quiche, you can use any of the pasta n sauce flavours but my favourite is the brocolli and cheese.

Mug shots are like pot noodle type things, they can be found by the cup a soups in tescos, I love the sweet & spicy noodle flavour ones, they are syn free and very filling.

Yay, I lost 2lb this week, just need 1.5 now to get my stone award, going to go for it this week although its my birthday sunday so might not do it!

syns: soup (4) crisps (4) quorn burger (2) mayo (1) ketchup (1)

I bought a carton of covent garden tomato & basil soup as it was half price in tesco, it's low cal & fat so I hoped it would be low syn but it's 13 syns for the carton, so I'm having it over 3 meals. What a waste of syns but I hate wasting food and noboby else in the house will eat it! lesson learnt

Ran out of poatoes to do sw chips so thought id check the syns in mccain 5% fat oven chips and they are only 1.5 syns per 100g, woohoo!

My birthday weekend,drinking on saturday night and will be going out for a meal on sunday (birthday) so not really expecting a loss this week but will try to be good at other meals to make up for it.

had lunch out at nandos as a birthday treat from mum, had the chicken breast burger and fries (which I couldnt finish) and full fat coke, yum! lots of syns but I burnt lots of calories with a few hours of retail therapy!!

my birthday party tonight, will be drinking lots of cocktails and wine so not counting syns but not expecting a loss this week.

will probably skip brekkie, going out for lunch, not sure where yet, maybe the harvester, not going to worry about it too much as its only once a year but will be back on track from monday. will edit later exactly what I had

My birthday

my son and hubby made me brekkie in bed which was a chocolate croissant and an english muffin! not the healthiest choice but it was yummy.

Lunch/Tea

went for a meal at harvester, I had the bbq chicken & bacon with chips and salad but i coudn't even eat half of it due to hangover!

not counting syns but starting back 100% from monday morning
