Dont think I've lost this week due to birthday weekend!

brekkie:

alpen light, banana

lunch:

sandwich with hovis brown mini loaf, lc lite, quorn ham, tomato, velvet crisps (4) mugshot

tea:

indian takeaway thing from tesco that we have in the fridge as my post weigh in treat (chicken tikka, chicken korma, rice, naan bread - lots of syns)

hexA: milk/lc lite
hexB: bread/alpen light
syns: crisps (4) indian (lots)
 
Put on 1lb at weigh in tonight, not really surprised after the weekend - oh well it was my birthday. Going to try really hard from tomorrow, would love to lose 2.5 in the next week to get my stone award. It seems to be taking forever!!!!

went to a work thing last night and they had dominos pizza - ended up having 3 slices!!!! oops, oh well will put it behind me, not even thinking about how many syns in that, gotta be extra good all week now!

Not had the best weekend, stuck to plan during the days but gave in to the temptations of pizza and booze!

I'm not very motivated at the moment with slimming world, not sure why, maybe I'm just struggling to get back into it after xmas and my birthday. Anyway, I'm going away for the weekend and have decided to have a weekend off and not worry about what I eat too much as we'll be eating out lots but I know I'll be doing loads of walking around so will burn off loads of calories that way. I'm even thinking of stopping slimming world for a while and doing weight watchers or rosemary conley for a while for a change, I'm just finding that I'm always eating the same things every day and I'm getting bored of it. I have just weighed myself on my scales (which match the ones at class) and I've lost a pound but I think I will not go to class tonight and then decide what to do over the next week.

After going over to the dark side for a couple of months (ww), I've decided to come back to sw for a while. I have lost a bit on ww and do like it but I think I need a change as I'm getting bored and going back to my old ways of eating lots of bread and crisps. So today is day 1 of sw, I'm not going to classes this time as I have all the stuff so going alone. I have about 7 weeks till holiday and would love to lose 7-10 lbs before then to get to target.

Im planning on doing mostly green days as I rarely eat meat,might have the odd extra easy day if going to a bbq or something. Also planning on using as few syns as possible during the week so that I can have a few drinks on the weekend.

Brekkie: nothing (naughty I know)

Lunch: sw quiche - with pasta n sauce, 1 laughing cow light, tiny bit of milk, mushrooms, spring onions, tomatoes, eggs with half a tin of baked beans

snack: mugshot (free) quorn ham slices & laughing cow light triangles, small banana

Tea: jacket potato with laughing cow light, beans & salad & tiny bit of low fat dressing

Hex A: laughing cow light triangles, milk in tea

Hex B: cereal bar

tea: sw chips, baked beans, salad with lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, hard boiled egg, tiny bit low fat dressing

1 bottle of rose wine with diet lemonade in evening

hex B: alpen light bar, alpen cereal bar
syns: bottle of wine!

tea: indian takeaway meal for 2 from tesco, small piece of chocolate cake (lots of syns - not counting having it as my weekly treat)

Planning on not drinking tonight as had a bottle of vino last night

WEIGH IN TONIGHT

Not feeling great as its TOTM :(

brekkie: weetabix with ss milk & banana

lunch: sw chips & quorn chilli

tea: salad, couscous, quorn chicken burger

snacks: cereal bar, 3 x chocs, ww choc biscuit, lots of fruit

hexA: milk, cheese
hexB: weetabix, cereal bar

exercise: just a long walk as not feeling great

Cant remember what I had fri night but I was good although did have 2 pear ciders in evening.

Saturday I was good all day but did have a fair few pear ciders in the afternoon/evening as went to a bbq. Did have 1 white roll at bbq but the rest was fairly healthy.

Sunday I had a chinese! oh well fresh start from monday :)
