Dinner - Chicken Cacciatore (from latest mag)with roast potatoes (in frylight), curly kale and peas.

Snack - mandarin and 2 plums

Lunch - low fat sweet chilli supernoodles, activia ff yoghurt

Snack - 3 extra light babybels (hexa)2 scan bran (part hexb to go with the porridge plus half a syn) with 1 tbsp nutella (4 syns)

Dinner - 3 sainsburys be good to yourself cumberland sausage (1.5syns), mashed potato, cabbage, carrots and parsnips. Gravy made with oxo and instant mashed potato.

Pudding - 2 meringue nests (5 syns) with 0% total yoghurt and raspberries

I've been very lax with my food diary for the past couple of weeks! Had a lack of time and motivation so haven't been updating it daily. I have however still been following the plan despite putting on 1lb this week :O(
From today though I will start recording everything again as feel it's important to keep me focussed.
 
Breakfast - porridge with sweetnener and water (hexb)

Lunch - leftover asparagus, mushroom and wild garlic risotto. Yoghurt. Grapes.

Snack - 1 scan bran (rest of hexb) with 1 extra light laughing cow spread (1 syn)

Dinner - Ham, salad, SW chips, hard boiled egg, homemade syn free onion chutney and 2tbsps extra light mayo (1 syn)

Snack - 42g low fat cheese

Not sure what I'll have for my syns yet...possibly a glass of wine with dinner but got to ferry my son around all evening first so might fancy something else when the time comes! Will add to this later.

Weel, I ended up having a cadbury's creme egg and god did I enjoy it!?!!!!!

Dinner - Roast chicken, roast potatoes, asparagus, brocolli and parsnips with free gravy.

Pudding - 1 piece of scan bran chocolate cake (2.5 syns) with a tbsp of Nutella (4.5 syns) as icing. Yum yum!!
