Just wanted to say well done on the weight loss so far!! I was a bit worried because I lost 7lbs in my first week and only 0.5lbs in my second but it looks like you also had a 'slow' patch after your initial loss. Its given me the incentive to carry on and see what happens at my next weigh in.
