    Wednesday 21st Jan

    Breakfast - All Bran (b) Milk (a) and Banana
    Snack - melon, grapefruit, grapes, pudding rice, sweetner, Kit Kat (5.5 syns)
    Lunch - Free Soup, 2 quorn saus
    Dinner - Quorn Saus, chilli, beans, mashed potato
    Bedtime drink - Milk (a)

    well done on the loss, did you do mostly red or green days.

    I do more red than green always eat to much rice and pasta on a green, :(
