My Diary - 'Extra Easy' Weight Loss Starts Here (I hope!)

I need to make some more soup this week really - will try to tomorrow as long as baby lets me ;)

Day 18

Monday 14th February 2011

Breakfast - Scrambled egg
Muller Light Toffee Yogurt
Banana

Lunch - Sashimi & Sushi (sushi rice - 1.5 syns) with edamame beans and 2 x miso soup (3 syns)

Snacks - 3 x Babybel light (HE a)
Kelloggs Fibre Plus Milk Chocolate Cereal Bar (HE b)

Supper - Fillet steak with crushed new potatoes, baby sweetcorn, aparagus, broccili, green beans and horseradish sauce
Apple

Drinks - Mineral Water, Green Tea , tea with skimmed milk (0.5 syns) and I might have a Options Belgian Choc Hot Chocolate later (2 syns)

Exercise - none
 
Your diary always looks so yummy! Definitely getting back on plan so I can make lots of nice food and get this 1/2 a stone off!

Lunch - Jacket potato with low fat spread (0.5 syns), extra light mayo (0.5 syns), cooked chicken breast, low fat cheese (HE a) sweetcorn & red onion. Served with homemade SW Coleslaw (SW Mag March/April 2011) with iceberg lettice

Snacks - Kelloggs Fibre Plus Dark Chocolate & Almond Cereal Bar (HE b)
Apple
Light Chocolate & Fudge Cereal Bars, 21g bar (3 syns)

Supper - King prawn stirfry with soya sauce, garlic, ginger, 1 tsp honey (0.5 syns), chilli, onions, bean sprouts, cabbage, broccili and thin egg noodles


Drinks - Mineral Water, green tea and I will have a Options Hot Chocolate later (2 syns)

Exercise - Zumba (1 hour)

Lunch - Scrambled egg (made with just Fry Light) with orange pepper, red onion, lean bacon (fat removed) and 1 x BabyBel Light (1/3 of HE a) with a green salad

Snacks - Kelloggs Fibre Plus Dark Chocolate & Almond Cereal Bar (HE b)
Apple

Supper - Pork meat balls (made with lean pork, lean bacon, lemon, egg, seasoning & parsley) in a tomato pasta sauce (made with tined tomato, garlic, onion, carrots, celery, courgette & mushrooms) and spaghetti with grated 2 x BabyBel Light (2/3 of HE a)

Drinks - Mineral Water, green tea, Sugar Free Red Bull, Diet Coke and Options Hot Chocolate later (2 syns)

Exercise - Aqua (45 hour) and just about to try out our new exercise bike!

Supper - Smoked haddock gratin (from Jan/Feb 2011 SW Mag but without breadcrumbs) with baby spinach cherry tomatoes, quark, eggs, chives, seasoning and grated cheese topping (HE a). Served with leeks and fine grean beans

Drinks - Mineral Water, green tea, tea with skimmed milk (0.5), Tesco Orange Flavour Slightly Sparkling Spring Water and Diet Coke.

Exercise - None yet but hoping to do 1 x Excerise bike 'weight loss' programe

Supper - Butter Chicken with rice (from March/April 2011 SW Magazine) - delicious!!! :D

Drinks - Mineral Water, Green tea, Tesco Lemon & Lime Flavour Slightly Sparkling Spring Water, Diet Coke and Options Hot Chocolate (2 syns)

Today was tricky as went to a friends daughter's 1st bday party and lots of temptation (wine, crisps, cake, cheese etc etc) was on offer but both hubs and I resisted - phew!!!!

Supper - Shepherds Pie made with extra lean beef mince, onion, carrot, tined tomato, thyme, cinnamon and topped with mashed potato (made with fat free fromage frais), leeks and cheese (HEa). Served with baby sweetcorn, mangetout and baby sprouts.

Exercise - Aqua/Swim gym (45 mins)
