Well Bank Holiday weekend ended up a total blow out, followed far too many meals with 'ahhh, flexi syns!' and drank about a bottle and a half of wine on Sunday night. Wrote the week off and gained a pound :(

Thanks! I'm dead proud of myself for keeping the syns down, last time we went camping it was all pub lunches and wine, but I made sure I took plenty with me. I even stayed away from the high-synned tinned I took - I even checked the syns before I went and wrote them on the tin! OH was really supportive as well which helped.

Camping was really good, campsite was soooo quiet because it was the end of season, and the weather was absolutely beautiful. Climbing was tough going, it seemed to go on forever, and we got lost on the way back down so we were stranded on the side of a mountain for the best part of two hours! Also got the worst sunburn of my life (stupid!) so still suffering! x

One triple vodka diet coke, two shots, a double vodka diet coke, a sex on the beach, a jagerbomb and two more vodka diet cokes later, I thought it would be a fabulous idea to get chicken nuggets, chips and cheese from my favourite post-night out fast food shop. And ate the bloody lot - I could never even do that before SW!!

Awww nooo, your day started off so well! Hope you have an easier time keeping on track today - I'm sure you'll be kicking yourself for a good couple of weeks over this one! The drinks totally attacked you yesterday, just like the fried foods totally attacked me on Friday :p however, since then, I have only had 6.5 syns and feel all the more better for it. You know you can pull it all back, you've done it before! xxxxxxxxxx
