Half a bloody pound on!! Completely clueless. First time I think I've had a gain with literally no idea where it came from. Only thing I can think is that I had a jacket potato for lunch when I would usually have a salad on weigh-in day?

Will update food diary tomorrow, late night - went to see The Vagina Monologues with my ex work colleagues, fab night!!

I wasn't keen when they first came out, but they have definitely grown on me. I actively avoid using Hex Bs in meals now so I can have my chocolate weetabix fix!!

I do weekly syns because I can quite happily go a full day with no syns, but then come the weekend or a meal out, when temptation is right in front of my face, I can't resist!! If I do daily syns, I sometimes end up having to force myself to eat extra syns to make up the 5-15 one day, then two days later I'll be wishing I had 30 to spare on drinks or chips. I'm all good until I go out - 'I can resist everything but temptation' and all that!! x

I find that I don't seem to use my HExBs in meals anymore - long gone are the days when cereal used to count as dinner! Come back olden days!

Ahhh OK! That makes sense - I would use mine on a weekly basis too but the idea of possibly being left with none on a Wednesday night when my sister usually comes over and my mum cooks a whole load of goodies is kinda scary! xxx

I just noticed you have your 1.5 stone sticker!! Need to pick up the pace and get mine!! x

:p That 1.5 stone sticker is going to become part of my furniture, I don't seem to be shifting very much weight now! I'm 4.5lbs off the 2 stone sticker, I want it sooooooo bad! xxx

So worth it though. Not going to cheat by calling it an EE day, because I've had absolutely no superfree all day. So, high syns and a guilt free conscience it is!!

Lost 1.5lb, which isn't ideal after my mystery gain last week, but still a loss..!
