Hi all time to plan for Novembers exercise challenge which starts on Wednesday
Same as usual, set your own goals and try to meet them by the end of the month.
Swimming lenghts
Walking distance
Bouncing on a trampoline
Spinning classes
Dancing
Running up stairs
...everything is in, whatever you want.

Set your challenge and post as you exercise.

Who is in?

I'm going to set mine the same as October, I didn't achieve the walking and maybe not the cycling but will try it again.

Walk 50km
Swim 200 lenghts
Cycle 100km
Total exercise sessions 16

Tipp, I would like to join you.
I want to aim for 10 mins on treadmill
10 mins weights
10 mins abs
Per day. How does that sound? With perhaps another outside walk of 10 mins for good measure.
Left knee was dislocated in August 2016 so I can't do anything too extreme. i.e. 30 day shred!!

That sounds great Solange. There are 30 days in November so work out your totals for the month then list the total as your monthly goal. Decide if you want to include the weekends, I usually leave them out.
Welcome on board

LOL Tipp, just been working at the totals and it doesn't sound much!

Walk treadmill 220 mins
Hand weights 110 mins
Abs 110 mins

Plank I do 5 mins every morning so I won't include it.

Just got to get dressed and get trainers on. :)

Walk 50km 6km done
Swim 200 lenghts
Cycle 100km
Total exercise sessions 16 2 done

Did 30 mins on Wii Fit biggest loser this morning and just in from 6km walk

Sorry I'm late to the party.
After having a week away last week and walking every day I found out how much I missed exercising.I have hardly done any since I don't know when so I'm here for the November challenge. :)

Yesterday I done a couple of hours gardening. Today I went for a walk.

So will start recording properly from tomorrow. :)

30 minutes on Wii Fit Biggest Loser just now. It was a yoga day but I did a warm up first and a cardio challenge too so a good 30 minutes.

Workout challenge: Complete workout DVD 8 times this month.
Workouts completed: 1
Left: 7

I will walk aswell but I want set a semi realistic goal and will see if I can do it.

That's great, what DVD are you using, is it fun?

Walk 50km 12km done
Swim 200 lenghts 40 done
Cycle 100km
Wii Fit or exercise session 25+ mins x2
Total exercise sessions 16 5 done.

Brought the dog for a walk, 6km

My little addition to exercise challenge.
6 Days a Week but occasionally sometimes 7.
I log all my rides on Friendfit.

Current Distance 83.4 km this month out of 940 km.
The only exercise I log is my time on the exercise bike.
My average regarding the exercise bike is between 40 to 42 km a day.
I do two sessions a day @ 35 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph & 120-130 bpm.
So I expect 940 km at least to be covered during the November period.

Previous Months October 1090 km, September 970 km, August 494 km.
2,600+ km covered from August,

It was pouring with rain today, windy and cold so no walk or cycle. I don't use the pool on Saturdays as its full of families. So I used the Wii Fit for about 30 minutes. I used the biggest loser game and did a core strength session, the dog thought I was mad.
