Fri
Brekkie: Porridge made with water and splash of milk

Lunch: 4 oatcakes with cottage cheese and salad

Dinner:yogut and morrocan spice on wholemeal wrap with chicken and salad

Snacks: A few strawberries
Pineapple
2 wine gums
3 Roses

Loads of water
Fizzy rasberry juice
2 White teas
1 White Coffee
 
Treat: Ice cream cone from Thorntons and it was luscious!

Lunch: Wrap toasted with scraping of pesto, wafer thin turkey and tomatoes.Salad.
Dinner: Chicken steamed in slowcooker with Thai 7 spice, chilli flakes and a little yog
put in wok with juice from slowcooker and stirfry veg and udon noodles. Was absolutely gorg!!!

Snack: 4 Cherries, slice pineapple, 4 snackajack ricecakes, 3 minieggs! Few nuts and raisins

Lunch cold chicken leg

(Purposely didnt eat much as ate shed loads Sat night as Molly my daughter had a sleepover and we had a girls night in with marshmallows on the fire etc!
Also knew I was going to a barbie last night...Ate quite a lot but stayed away from the carbs - baps hotdog rolls etc.
so...
Dinner...Salad, corn on cob, sausage, ribs, king prawns.
Cheesecake with fresh berries, low fat tirimisu (little piece) x
1 vodka and orange
1 tea
1 Whire coffee
 
Monday
Bacon x 2 slices minus rind (that went to the dog!)
Mushrooms
Tomatoes
Wholemeal wrap

Lunch
Thai chicken breast and veg in wholemeal wrap
Small bowl of tirimisu
cloudy lemonade
half a cappocino, 2 white teas

Dinner
Small amount of Lasagne and big salad with Olives
slice of low fat fruit cake
Shed loads of water
 
Tues

Brekkie: Porridge made with water and splash of skimmed milk teaspoon golden syrup

Lunch; 2 small white baps with ham and mustard

Snacks: fresh cherries, strawberries, slice battenburg,1 choc

Dinner:Salmon on the George with herbs and salad

Shed loads of water
3 white teas
1 white coffee
 
Me too Mary...my fave brekkie I think...when you off on your hols? I need more daily challenges. I have been severely lax on the exercise this week! xx

Dinner Chicken with tomato and small bit pesto, salad, wholemeal wrap.Olives,mussels, tirimisu

Hols on Monday Rach.

Yes, I have been a little lax on the exercise too, its always so difficult with my shifts, 12 hours in work, 2 hours travelling doesnt leave much spare time to exercise.

Once I am back from hols we will get that daily challenge back up again and I promise YOU, 3 of my 4 days off will be a LOT more energetic than recent weeks.

You are on Mary, my challenge to you though - get in that pool and do more lengths everyday,(thats if you can swim!:))!!! Half term for my daughter so no walking to school for us :(

Going to London @ the weekend so plenty of walking, we are going to see a band Sat night so plenty of po-going!!! lol!!! xxx
 
Okay, my promise to you is that I will swim for 30 minutes every day on my hols.

When you are in London, my challenge to you is to do 5 star jumps every hour hehe.

Now, it would be great to get your DH to take a pic to prove you did it..........and I can get my DH to prove I did it too. We :character00255: on Monday and I promise on Tuesday I will :bolt: for the swimming pool.

Rachels yogurt with sponge fingers


Monday Brekkie: porridge with mik and golden syrup
2 snowballs
lunch wrap with chicken marinated in yogurt, salad
yoghurt with sp fingers

afternoon snack: few crisps, cherries

Dinner: Burger with cheese in brown bap
salad, homous
1 chocolate

2 teas
1 white coffee
water


My diary is not that great over the last few days( I have been away)so I WILL STOP THE SNACKS THIS WEEK!

Hi Rach - just wanted to say - I haven't posted in this thread because I've been waiting to have time to go through it from the beginning. I haven't yet had that time but I didn't want you to think I wasn't interested.
