well need to not have had that treat have been on a trip of self destruction this week so hopefully not put on too much will be back on it tomorrow with a vengence. going to buy a new notepad to write it all down in and start again doing it properly just need some hugs. On the plus side ihave given up[ smoking agiain this week so thats why i have wanted to eat everything in site.......

half on was expected and am pleased that that is all. back to reality tomorrow and gonna stick to no more than 10 syns a day from tomrrow. had a blowout tonight so not writing it down as pmt and v down as my diary has said but i know what i have eaten and it will not happen agian
 
ok have finally got my head out my arse has only taken about 4 weeks lol. am no longer depressed (a side effect i get from my crohns) have spoken to boss to find a way to be less stressed. however have majorly pigged out thurs,fri and sat so back to it as usual today so only can hope for a maintain on thursday but have 3 days to try to bring it back. will aim to be a lot more positive tomorrow in my diaries. hugs to all those who need it

snack - crisps not sure they were worcester sauce flavour but think they were 9syns
d - jacket, pork, stir fry veg

head in the right place now and will stop messing about need to stay off bp tabs and need to use this forum more thanks for all the support so far guys

hi guys have had areally good couple of days am off to a 90 yr olds bday party and stayin at inlaws today so not sure what the food will be like so gonna take it as a flexi day and not overindulge. then back to plan tomorrow. really got my head on straight again am rather chuffed

criky nearly a week since i last updated my diary well will be writing it again!!! from tomorrow had a v relaxed week but hopefully not too off plan

head in the correct place today however am at home today and hungry already but oh always moans about how much i eat so gonna fill up on squash and water lol

lol just had lovely ice cold grapefruit although am now wondering if cooking thai tonight in this heat is a good idea lol

today i have had fruit salad for breakfast and plann on having
pasta and sauce for lunch with gammon and for tea mince and a jacket
