breakfast, fruit and hifi bar
lunch - left over spag bol
dinner chilli chicken (tomatos, onion, pepper, chillis, bit of tom puree, soy sauce) and rice and some cheese hexa

oops also had 100g tesco gummy sweets and 3 choc biscuits today

well done on sticking to it this weekend, i used to find the weekends harder, i think it was being out of routine that did it to me! You've done really well, you're almost at the half way mark which is fab.

well went to see Mama Mia at the weekend in london, food wise was rather naughty but managed to stay away from the desserts lol

back on it now, (again!!!!) am away with work on wednesday overnight so will try to stick with it.

Feeling really crappy today, you know when your skin is so sensitive that it hurts to touch well thats what i was like yesterday and now am all achy grrrrrr
 
well good day today as want to claw back the weekend not getting weighed on thrusday so got enough time to get a loss for next week
