Ronnies Diary feeling poorly want a hug

well today

breakfast - 42g crunchbran with milk and a banana - hex a and b
lunch - rice and a tin of m&S stewed steak
dinner - carbonara 9 syns for sauce, and 2 mini babybel 6syns so total today 15 syns
 
well cr:p day at work, there is a huge meeting for every branch tomorrow all v secretive so have no idea what is happening, or what is happening with all our jobs. feel like crying lots i know i am worrying before we are told anything but tonight i do not think i will be staying on plan nor tomorrow will be back on it on thurs to repair damage but alcohol is calling me (chocolate would be but to damn lazy to go to the shops!!!)

well after consuming approx 50syns well 47.5 have decided on a flexi day so back on it sort of tomorrow
 
hows it going today been a bad week for me as well hoping I don't have a gain for m Saturday
 
well bad news i put on 2lbs, and then i found out yesterday that i now have to fight for my job and so does my team as there are lots of redundancies all across the country. so have now finished feeling really sorry for myself bit off rails today (see below) should have about 60 syns for rest of week so will aim for no more than 6 per days and should be ok

breakfast number 1 - 42g crunchy bran and milk and banana
breakfast number 2 - bacon roll 13 syns

lunch mmm bit of salmon nothing else no syns

snack onion bhaji walkers crisps guestimate 13syns

dinner chicken and leek pasty bake home made 21syns for pastry with mash with no butter so total for today 47 so i will count it as a flexi day but minimise syns to 6-10 a day for rest of week
 
sorry to hear about your job .I think the walkers are about 6.5 a bag

well sunday was ok
b - scrambled egg, 2 mini babybel, bread roll hexa and hexb
l - roast turkey, mash (was gonna have roast but oven broke down after doing turkey)
d - low fat super noodles and turkey
yesterday's syns 10

Today
b - melon, pineapple, ww yogurt
snack ryvita goodness bar 3syns
l - couscous, turkey, peppers, onions, tomato
d- turkey with home made tomato pasta sauce 2 mini babybel, hexa, brown roll, hexb
milk 1syn

so feeling v healthy so hopefully will get my extra pounds i put on this week off.
