Ronnies Diary feeling poorly want a hug

well kind of got back on track but am rather peed off on thursdays binge i had 58.5 syns which i can handle however went out to a friends last night and had another 21.5. agian could handle that - but went to weatherspoons today for lunch and had salmon with jacket no butter but put the hollandaise sauce on my food which was an added 11 syns so i now have 14 left till wednesday. why have i done this to myself i am a fool
i will not go over them as my aim this week because of the social night out on friday was to maintain so i will.
tonights dinner is the lamb bake thingy in the new magasine but it seems to make tons of 'juice' so will do some pasta with it too.

need lifting up at the moment as this is not like me at all.........

aw hun never mind you can still do it just start today fresh im sure you will still have a loss this week chin up you have done fabby so far xx:)
 
Hey Ronnie I had a blow out last Sat and Sun. I had 3 domino's pizzas and it seemed to help if you know what I mean. It got me back in the zone and I managed to lose 3lb this week. Sometimes having a binge does us good.

Yesterday
b - 42g crunch bran (hexb) 250mls semi skimmed milk hexa and a banana
l - home made chilli and rice
d - jacket potato turkey and stir fried veg with a mini babybel 3syns

Snacks - plums, satsumas, grapefruit and apple

today
b - 42g crunch bran (hexb) 250mls semi skimmed milk hexa and a banana
l - pasta, tuna, tin of chopped tomatos
d - syn free wedges, eggs and beans
snack packet of monster munch 40g bag 11, fruit

so now am 4.5 over for week cause of binge need to cheer myself up am off to get eyebrows done on friday despite oh statiing he cant understand how i can pay for them to be done
 
well today been much better

l - m&s stewed steak, wedges (home made)
d - pork in home made spicy pasta sauce

trying to be positive at the moment but who knows its totm this week so want my weight in chocolate but am resisting at the moment lol

well i lost 1.5 today so got my stone and a half award so v chuffed so bit of a treat day for me
