gained 6 points through walking today, walked to hospital and my mammagram was clear :woohoo:

hi there, thanks jem i'm ok, was feeling a little meloncolly (hate fathers day lost my dad a few years ago)
haven't come off plan though, even with the esource cockup.

my food diaries are a mess on esource so can put them up on here.

i had all my weeklies and few of my AP i earned 37 AP in total, i probably ate 6 AP.

so ready for the weigh in now :)

started the 30 day shred today burned 225 calories :eek:
 
good luck for wi hun ...how do you know how many calories you burn doing the shred does it tell you? I have it but just haven't got started yet am doing ab crunches at the mo will start when I finish work for the summer just 1 week to go YAY X
 
thanks hun, i lost 2.5lbs yeah! :D

no it doesn't tell you love, i invested in a heart rate monitor with my birthday money and it tells you heart rate, calories etc. so i just put it on when i'm exercising.

it's good really works you out, my daughter did it aswell and she burned 211 calories (she is 9 stone 5).
had a luk at level 2 *gulp*

Well done everyone keep up the good work! I may post a food diary - I use the iphone app so it's pretty good to keep a track of it. On dayshifts just now so I work 12 hours so don't get much time apart from food and sleep. Going to gym tomorrow though - will run away those calories lol

oh carly i've not done it again :eek: but there is a good reason, i think i pulled something in my side/back when i did it last time so thought i'd give it a miss.
i will do it though :innocent0002: , i had a go at bike riding instead (not done it in ages because of arthritis in my knees) i'll see how i feel tomorrow with it, i earned 3 points :D

i did enjoy my chippy and cake :D
