Sainsburys vs Tesco diet.

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I wasn't too sure!

I am thinking of choosing to join either Tesco diets or Sainsburys diets but I am a little confused by the info on their websites. I would be wanting to do the set meal plans option and I don't have any special medical conditions.

Are there any real differences between the two of them?

I think you get support from nutritionists etc on the tescos one, what about sainsburys?

And anyone have any good/bad experiences?

Sorry ... Never heard of either.. I would go for a recognised plan myself.... X

I *think* that these, along with a couple of others like closer diets, are promotional names for ediets? Which always looked quite sensible, and they give you shopping lists... so go for whichever supermarket is most convenient?
